Anti-Slip is an environmentally-friendly, non-toxic treatment that is applied to almost all hard surfaces to make them safe when wet. It is not a coating that can wear off, but a process that creates a tread design on the surface without altering the look or feel of it. It actually protects the surface! The end result is a floor or bathtub that is actually safer wet than when dry!

The Anti-Slip process has been developed and proven for concrete, Spanish title, glazed brick, terrazzo, quarry tile, ceramic tile, marble, porcelain/enamel and other hard, solid-surface materials.

Anti-Slip is a long lasting chemical treatment that creates an invisible, sophisticated tread pattern in the surface of hard mineral floors. It will not change the appearance of the floor. It is not a sealer, spray in film, or coating.

Anti-Slip settles the soft agents of the mineral surface leaving the hard agents exposed to provide a safe, secure, non-slip surface.

What is a Tread Pattern?
A Tread Pattern is best described as the fingerprint of the surface. All silica sand based surfaces have a smooth fingerprint. Anti-Slip enters into the pores of the surface and microscopically changes that fingerprint by widening and deepening the pores. The end result?...the creation of a non-slippery tread pattern.

Know Your SCOF Before OSHA Does
The Static Coefficient of Friction between two solid surfaces is defined as the tangential force required to produce sliding divided by the normal force between the surfaces. The American Disabilites Act (ADA) has the highest SCOF rating for slip resistance floors.

A static anti-slip coefficient of friction of .50 or above is considered a safe
walkway surface with a dry condition. A reading below .50 is considered an unsafe walkway surface.

• .60 or above.....Very Safe
• .50 to .59.........Relatively Safe
• .40 to .49.........Dangerous
• .35 to .39.........Very Dangerous
• .00 to .34.........Unusually Dangerous

What We Do
We test your floors with the ASM 825 slipmeter, and based on the results, we determine the precise formulation of chemicals to treat your floors. To give you more confidence, we treat a very small, unnoticeable part of the surface to be certain of our mixture.

We can split the desired area to be treated into several pieces so you and your customers still can access the space. Each area will be blocked for only about half an hour only. After finishing, you immediately can access the area - even when it's wet, because when wet it's safer than dry!

After the job is completed, you will get a certificate with a TWO year warranty, which will protect you from negligence lawsuits.
